Where We Build

Our focus is on central Iowa. Most developments are available for lot purchases. The exceptions are those that the developer is also the builder and will not sell lots to other builders. Those are not common and we can work closely with you to find just the right lot for your beautiful new home.

Currently we are focusing our building efforts in the Deer Creek and Prairie Trail developments in Ankeny. Deer Creek is situated in the northeast corner of the city in a beautiful setting. We have purchased a number of lots in that development which are ready for your new custom home. Some back to a planned city park that will contain recreational equipment and walking trails.

Prairie Trail is a unique New Urbanism community located in the south central part of Ankeny. There are many benefits of living in a New Urbanism development including a myriad of small-town like perks. Numerous parks, neighborhoods designed for leisurely walking, easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, and small boutiques, schools, a library, and a water park are all part of this amazing community within the thriving city of Ankeny.
